OUR LEADERSHIP
CAPTO MEETS YOU WHERE YOU ARE TO GET YOU WHERE YOU WANT TO BE.
Since Capto’s founding in 2009, our leadership has brought the mindset and skills garnered from a diverse Mergers & Acquisitions advisory practice to every business strategy, acquisition target, technology innovation and sourcing engagement.
Capto works deeply with each of our clients, providing senior advisory services every step of the way. Our vetted proprietary SYNAPTIC methodology drives dramatic improvements to the operation, economics and effectiveness of client companies.
P. TRACY CURRIE
Tracy is dedicated to helping Capto’s clients develop comprehensive operational methodologies and new revenue opportunities to meet their desired outcomes. He has spent his career focused on the media, telecommunications and healthcare industries, working with some of the world’s largest companies to dramatically improve their bottom line by increasing operating and economic outcomes.
In his work with Capto’s early private equity clients, Tracy spearheaded the creation of the proprietary SYNAPTIC methodology, which enables quick yet thorough evaluation of acquisition targets for private equity firms. SYNAPTIC has evolved to become the driving methodology in all Capto engagements. SYNAPTIC enables Capto to focus on what matters while going deep to test investment theories, business models, technology, leadership, and the ability to perform in a competitive landscape.
Tracy also leads Capto’s customer experience strategy, with a focus on driving revenue through growth and retention. He was instrumental to the team’s development of the company’s healthcare toolset that capitalizes on five core member experiences, using data-driven analysis to build member experience investment roadmaps -- effectively bringing the healthcare insurance industry out of the member experience cellar.
In 2010, Tracy joined the faculty at the University of Tennessee, leading the research to adapt the Vested® business model to IT business relationships. Vested combines methodology, mindset and movement to create highly collaborative business relationships in which both parties are equally committed to each other’s success. Currently, Tracy serves on the University of Colorado Boulder’s Leeds School of Business Customer Experience Program Advisory Committee, working with faculty to advance course curriculum and provide student mentorship.
